A Christmas card from a real elf, with their name on it
Imagine their face when an envelope arrives in December, addressed to them, from Glint the Christmas Beetle Elf. Inside is a Christmas message written just for them, with their name and the name they call you printed in the card.

What’s printed inside
Dear [Child’s Name],
[Name the child calls you] asked me to write to you, so here I am with a little Christmas magic from the gum trees.
I’m Glint, the Elf of the Christmas Beetle. My beetles spend most of the year tucked away under the ground. Then, just before Christmas, they dig their way up into the summer air. Their shells shine gold and green like little Christmas baubles, and they spend their days munching on gum leaves.
I hope your Christmas is full of laughter and the people you love. On a warm summer night, have a look near the porch light. If you spot a shiny beetle buzzing about, it might be one of mine.
Merry Christmas.
With love from the gum trees,
Glint
