A Christmas card from a real fairy, with their name on it
Imagine their face when an envelope arrives in December, addressed to them, from Pea the Sturt Desert Pea Fairy. Inside is a Christmas message written just for them, with their name and the name they call you printed in the card.
Posted to them or to you – you choose
Have it sent straight to your child for the excitement of their own mail at the letterbox. Or have it posted to you to hide under the tree or tuck into a stocking.
What’s printed inside
Dear [Child’s Name],
[Name the child calls you] asked me to write to you, so here I am with a little Christmas magic from the outback.
I’m Pea, the Fairy of the Sturt Desert Pea. My flowers grow along the red sand of the desert, bright red with a shiny black centre, like tiny Christmas lanterns. On hot summer nights, I sit among them and listen to the cicadas sing.
I hope your Christmas is full of laughter and the people you love. Next time you see something bright red, think of me.
Merry Christmas.
With love from the outback,
Pea
